So... here I am, a month after my previous post. No reason; I just didn't want my xanga to go dead.
I spent the last week in Escondito at a resort con mi familia. It was pretty nice. I ate, lounged around the pool and got a slight tan. Not that you can tell, because my skin has decided that it is not partial to tanning. One of those days, we visited Old Town, which is one of my favorite places in southern California. It's like the first city/town of CA (or something along those lines). While there, we visited a little cart that sold cheap souveniers. My brother bought "Nunchucks" (which is, quite literally, a gun that fires little nun figurines) and I purchased what is now my favorite magnet of all time:
(ignore the number) It is currently positioned on the metal part of my desk, soon to be relocated to my locker when school starts. Speaking of which, I can't believe summer is almost over. School is only 18 days away. I'm feeling kind of bittersweet about the situation. On one hand, I'm looking forward to seeing friends and having some more good times. On the other foot, I do not desire the workload that accompanies the fun stuff. And I still have to read my books for english, write my essay, and memorize the first 3 chapters of my $3 chem AP book. Which has not arrived in the mail yet, so I have an excuse. So there.
Anyway, this entry turned out quite longer than I intended, but that's just fine. Consider this a favor, as you get to practice reading for long amounts of time before returning to school.
Until whenever,
